While we strive to maintain the most competitive rates in the industry, our
rates are subject to change, due to widely fluctuating fuel costs. For the
most up-to-date rate quote, please contact us. Our rates are mileage
based, with a 300 mile minimum, unless otherwise agreed to in advance
and in writing by both you the customer and Morning Star PCS.
As of June 01, 2007, our mileage rates and fees, based on an average fuel
cost of $2.70/gal, are as follows.
Morning star PCS can also set up a corporate account with you, to further
assist you with your long-term projects and may even be able to offer a
discounted rate plan for long-term contract services.
Oversize loads up to 18 foot wide $1.30 /mile
Loads over 18 foot wide $1.35 /mile
High pole (Depending on height) $1.40-$1.65 /mile
Local run day rate (over 4 hrs) $375
Mini-Run (less than 150 miles or 4 hours) $250
“No-Go” or Cancelled run after driver dispatched $150
Wait time – (first 2 hours no charge) $30 / hour
Emergency Traffic Control $30 / hour
Overnight-Motel (loads/day over 6 hours / 150 miles) $65 /night

Slow/Superload (chase car) $400 /day + Motel
